I know you’re itching to know how come I’m suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because last week I found myself in a position to climb a flight of stairs, and was a very intense experience. By the time I reached the top, I was sweating, huffing and puffing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I had to get myself into the bathroom to splash some cold water on my cheeks, and gazed up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I have to lose weight. Fast.
On some level, I’m starting to feel like I’ve turned into my dad. He was a hugely fat man, with a wonderful sense of humor and a solid, family focused outlook on life. But boy, he was fat. And nowadays I’m growing big as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my pops, but I really want to keep myself from topping 350 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s hardly any going back.
So I’ve reading up on how to lose weight very fast. My wife says she will do this with me, telling me that she also wants to get thinner, which I think will make it quite a bit easier to stick to whichever diet program we end up using. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of weight loss advice out there.
I’ll keep you guys apprised of how well the weight loss program goes for us. I understand weight loss isn’t going to be easy, but it’s what has to happen as far as I can see, so I am going to really be working hard to learn how to lose weight fast.

Are you one of those people who can remember playing board games with your grandparents? I sure can. My grandmother would sometimes play marbles with me. Well, that’s what we called it. I think it really has another name but that’s not important. I thought it was very special when grandma would play too. Whatever you did, do not beat grandma at marbles because she was likely to throw the marble board if you did! I loved playing with my grandmother but she did not do that too often (at least from a kid’s prospective). Now that I am older, I can understand why she did not.

Looking for neem? Have you ever been looking for top quality neem products but could not figure out where to begin? Neem based products are starting to become more available, but as of now are for the most part only found on the web or in small beauty shops and other out of the way places. Because it is hard to find these products it is easy to grab the first thing you come across just because it has the word neem on the label. So here are some tips that will help you make an informed decision before you stock up on anything:
Figure Out How The Neem Oil Was Removed From The Neem Seeds There are several methods commonly used today to extract the neem oil from the neem tree seeds. As you have probably figured out, not all extraction process are to be trusted. The method that produces the highest quality neem oil is called cold pressing. Cold pressing neem oil is the best, as the majority of the active compounds remain intact. Cold pressing is also the first and most accepted way to extract the oil. It utilizes a mechanical device that squeezes the oil out of the seeds. Always try to get cold pressed neem oil where possible.
Steam extraction- this process uses hot water vapor and heat. Though this technique retrieves a larger quantity of oil from the neem seeds than the cold pressing technique, a lot of the active compounds in the neem oil may be destroyed because of the exposure to high heat.
A third technique is one that most neem processors use because it extracts the largest amount of oil from the seeds. The technique is called chemical solvent extraction, and in most cases hexane (which is also called “white gasoline”) is the solvent of choice. Even though this technique extracts just about all of the oil from the seeds, the chemicals destroy most of the desireable compounds in the neem seed oil. And along with this and the fact that the chemical is poisonous, it is preferable to look for items that do not contain neem oil that was extracted using them.
Avoid Additives Most bath and cosmetic products today contain chemical compounds to “enhance” how the product works. But keep in mind that some of these compounds can likely cause unwanted side effects. Two of the most common additives that are in a lot of bath bath products are Lauryl Sulfates (SLS) and Parabens. SLS’s are commonly used as foamers, because they are not very costly and work very well. A lot of inexpensive neem shampoo products contain these additives too. But, these chemicals have proven to cause allergic reactions in some people. The US Food and Drug Administration encourages developers of these products not to use them.
Parabens are common preservatives, and though there has been no scientific evidence that they are potentially dangerous, they are becoming more and more controversial. Some organizations feel they should be avoided for the sake of precaution.
Be Sure To Look For Certified Organic Ingredients For obvious reasons, organic ingredients are preferred over ones that are not. These ingredients are all natural, and have not been exposed to potentially dangerous chemical compounds, synthetic fertilizers, plant growth regulators, pesticides or similar chemicals. Look for labels that list the ingredients. If a manufacturer uses organic ingredients, they will always state this selling point on the label.

William Omar Landrón, better known as Don Omar to his fans, was born February 10, 1978 in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Today, he has proved himself to be one of the kings of reggaeton and become one of the most prominent artists on the ever-growing list of reggaeton’s finest. His voice adds a unique soulful sound to the reggaeton genre.
Don Omar performed with several groups, and eventually caught the eye of Hector El Bambino, of duo Hector and Tito. Hector was so impressed with Landron’s sound and style, that he soon began to work on collaborations with various artists, including his work with the 9 Plagues. With his first solo release on MVP he has demonstrated to the world of reggaeton that not only is he an accomplished composer and producer, but he is a powerhouse behind the microphone as well.
Landron is best known for his songs Dile and Dale Don Dale from his first album “The Last Don” which has sold over 60, 000 copies. Don Omar added one more success to with his album, “The Last Don Live.” It includes new tracks Pobre Diabla and Carta a un Amigo as well as his old songs preformed live, which allows you to experience them as if you are actually at one of his concerts. The album also enjoys the participation of many other influential artists including Andy Montanez, who for years, has been one of Puerto Rico’s largest Star as well as Glory, Gallego, Tego Calderon and Hector and Tito “Los Bambinos”.
This album also introduced Don Omar as a solo artist and has allowed him to successfully expand his fan base globally. “The Last Don Live” was produced by Hector “El Bambino” and also had other influential contributions from Eliel and LunyTuns as lead DJ’s as well as Eduardo Reyes with theme song, “Guayaquil”. Learning how to program is going to take a lot of time and dedication, no matter what language you want to learn. There are many people that are familiar with just about every major progamming language, from desktop-based C++ applications to server side scripts in javascript and PHP. To get to this level it would probably take you a few years. However, if you are brand new to programming, you may just want to learn a simple language like PHP and then expand from there. You’ll also want to think about how a knowledge of programming is going to help you – what are you going to use it for? If you are primarily a marketer, then it would probably be easier to just outsource your programming.
To learn programming languages, you’ll need to read through tutorials, and thankfully there are several excellent tutorials online. The w3 schools website is one of the best. You’ll also probably want to get a real book on programming. The best way to learn is to learn the theory, and then spend a lot of time practicing yourself by writing simple applications/scripts. Many people actually enjoy programming and coming up with the best solution for something.
Naturally, even if you don’t understand programming, a knowledge of how computers and Windows works is essential for pretty much anyone in any profession. If you are an internet marketer, then you’ll need at least a basic knowledge of servers and hosting, even if you don’t know how to program.

Chances are, if you are reading this, you are in the process of searching for CEU opportunities for your field of work. There are literally thousands of courses for online CEUs as well as courses that you can take in person, so the searching task can become overwhelming.
